Well, technically, it’s a topping for our oatmeal, but we do have a few regular customers who ask for it to use in their coffee. I assumed this guy knew what he was asking for. I didn’t expect a five-minute diatribe about how I needed to “study the manual a little harder” so I wouldn’t “be so ignorant of [my] customers needs” ever again.
