Tip: Sugar In The Raw =/= brown sugar.
Sugar In The Raw is unbleached sugar. It’s pretty much the same as the white sugar you get in a Domino packet, or in a five-pound bag from the supermarket. (Some people tell me it’s slightly sweeter - I think that’s only because it’s larger crystals, so you’re adding more sugar to your drink.)
Either way. Do not ask your Barista for brown sugar and get upset when it’s not Sugar In The Raw. At least at my coffee shop, we carry both, and we call them by their proper names.
